When a Buddhist priest training himself and he is hungry the only thing he can do is to collect dead leaves and burnt it with a stone, wrap some cloth around the stone and then he can hide it on a part of a chest.
The warm stone let him forget his hunger.
Now, “kaiseki”is It says the kind of the Japanese-style dish.
simple and healthy and vegetarian……only expensive.
